Data Science for Politics

Overview

This course introduces students to the use of data science in political research and practice. Students will gain the ability to work with data using R and RStudio with a focus on tidyverse packages as well be introduced to RMarkdown to produce data documents. Special emphasis will be placed on data cleaning and data visualization.
